Allow pull files with gfal-copy

Some clusters cannot access the eos storage, e.g., IN2P3 Computing Centre and clusters in IP2I-Lyon. Thus, we cannot download the correction/model files stored in the: /eos/cms/store/group/phys_higgs/cmshgg/.

We can use gfal-copy to download files from eos.
