group as much as possible the HOMs/BB resonators

The resonators (narrow or broad band) could all be treated in the same way (except some specific ones such as fundamental modes of RF cavities): tapers_broadband_contributions_parameters_filename, bpms_broadband_contributions_parameters_filename, mki_homs_parameters_filename, dqw_homs_file_name, rfd_homs_file_name.

Somehow they could maybe all be grouped into homs_parameters_filename_list (or maybe one list for HOMs and one for brand-band).
