DQW HOMs rotation

To keep be consistent with the old model we added the possibility to rotate the DQM HOM. Rotating the HOMs is actually wrong and it should not be done therefore we should remove this possibility by removing the inputs rotation_angle_dqw_homs from the LHCModel class and rotation_angle_homs from the RFcavity class.
