Check and eventually improve timing for 2024a

As discussed with the p348-reco analysis team, the first step in the analysis is to check timing for all the detectors, and to assess the stability during time.

The scope of this issue is to perform this check; for the first time, this year we use the waveform fit tool that @rdusaev developed.
