2024A HCAL calibration

The energy calibration for the 4 HCAL modules is performed with a broad muon beam, using the large VETO scintillator in the trigger logic.

Different sets of calibration runs with muons were identified during the run period:

30.04: 10376-10378
01.05: 10381-10391
03.05: 10410-10423
07.05: 10584-10593
27.05: 11062-11064

A first calibration was performed by V. Samoylenko (in May 2024) using runs 10585-10593, and the results can be found on the twiki:

However, new ADC conversion factors must be obtained after the recent developments in our data reconstruction framework, now employing a waveform fitting algorithm.
