Missing master time for LED events

As reported by @dshchuki, currently LED events (identified by the calibration flag) do not have proper master time, T_{Master}=0. This prevents a proper analysis of these events, in case of in-spill data. Indeed, for the central cell there are many events with a LED pulse close by, or superimposed to, a signal from an impinging electron.
