Update list of bad spills for 2024A after first look at dimuon data

Description

The analysis of di-muon events, as documented here: https://gitlab.cern.ch/P348/na64-2024A/-/issues/4, showed that for some runs the two files used to extract scaler data, scalers_dim.log and scalers_file.log, are both missing part of the spills.

The missing spills must be marked as bad in the badBurst-2024A.txt file, and ignored in the analysis.
