Modify print_reco_event program to accept from the external a list of spills / events to process

I find it very useful to run print_reco_event program to accept from the external a list of spills/events to process, without affecting at all the "default" operating mode.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
