Update p348reco.h to read LYSO MC data

At this moment, the method RecoEvent RunP348ReadMC(std::ifstream& inFile) of p348reco.h does not support LYSO cells. This should be implemented.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
