2023A LEDs: stability check

As discussed in issue #60 (closed), the code for LED corrections in 2023A (e- session) has been implemented by @bbantoob @akorneev. Now, we need to go through the LED data and check for "jumps" between different runs, to verify if these are real or not. If not, we need to manually add a correction to the LED data, as was done in 2022B.

We start from out-of-spill LED data.
