Handle multiple git repo in MetaInfo

Currently, the MetaInfo only supports one git repo. This should be changed so that we can keep track of both Darwin and Core at the very least, but possibly the installer, the tables, and the workarea too.

As we are introducing plugins, we should also be able to include any additional git repo (see also this discussion from !126 (merged)).
