removed requirement of Unfold component in ROOT

Yehor Bondar requested to merge yebondar/RooUnfold:root6.30 into master

Since ROOT 6.30.00, Unfold is an optional package (commit), and provided pre-compiled binary are compiled with unfold package turned off by default. Moreover, RooUnfold already contains TUnfold, and works fine for ROOT 6.28.10 and tests are passed on root:6.22.00-ubuntu20.04
