Settings and options not propagated properly in multifit

Opening the issue to avoid forgetting it all together, but can't remember all details.

I believe that many of the options (such as type of Fit to run) are not propagate to multifits (they do not make any difference (e.g. specifying `fitRegions`).

Need to investigate more.
