Adding support for EFT fit without SM Reference Sample

In the current state, it is not supported to use no SM Reference sample for EFT fit. One can do a workaround for this by creating a fake SM Sample and to modify the formula for the EFT parametrization. In general, it would be very nice that the modification to the formula is done by default if no SM sample is provided
