updating dz cut and eta cut

Merge pull request #2 from TreeMaker/CMSSW_7_2_X

added ZProducer -- this now includes a producer that builds Z-candidates (pairs of opposite sign, same flavor lepton pairs) and then produces a collection of TLorentzVectors corresponding the the Z's 4vec.  This is only run if the Zinv workflow is enabled.  Some modifications to the build file were made in order to get the dictionaries to work properly.

Update PhotonIDisoProducer.cc

cleaned leptons and photons from jets and met

typo fix

adding some additional jet properties, two additional btag discriminants (hardcoded) and the number of b-hadrons/c-hadrons

adding a pdgid selection to trackisolation producer, adding photons and all isolated track type to the list of things that are filtered from 'good jets'.

adding JEC (remember to get the .db filegit commit -a --dry-run!), adding most up-to-date isolated track cuts, separated by flavor, adding photons to main producer, adding photon cleaning for jet ID cuts
