Updates after 2016 lumi summary

These are some changes made which were either necessary or helpful for doing the 2016 data ntuple production and the subsequent luminosity calculation. The changes to lumiSummary.py and calcLumi.py will be useful in the future. The change to the data sample dict and triggerproducer configuration are necessary for future production.
