Update MET fix

Kevin Pedro requested to merge github/fork/kpedro88/updateMETfix into Run2_2017_V16
  • use MET fix V2 (remove candidates, recompute raw MET)
  • pT cut for jets considered in MET fix moved to 50 GeV (recommendation)
    • this change propagates to fixed MHT
  • add option to store raw MET values (not enabled by default)
