Draft: [TEST BRANCH] splitting tubes and boxes, hardcoded, just for testing purposes

This is just a little test branch that splits tubes and boxes into multiple framed surfaces.

The number of splits is hardcoded into BoxConverter.h and TubeConverter.h. This branch is for testing of BVH performance and currently not intended for merging.
