Make it easier to view coverage

Currently a coverage job is run in CI (job_test_code_coverage). This produces an html output which can be downloaded from gitlab page as artifacts and viewed locally.

An easier to use method would be to find somewhere (maybe the docs web page) to deploy them to make them automatically viewable.
