Fix the CI check

Bruce Joseph Gallop requested to merge star_test_fix into devel

Change the channel being tested for the StarEmu. The previous default was 64, which doesn't seem to work.

I'm not sure what the ultimate fix should be but this seems like a reasonable minimal change to get the CI to pass.
