Bugfix for core col ranges in FE-specific scans

My understanding is that the core col ranges for the FEs are as follows: Sync: [0,16) Lin: [16,33) Diff: [33,50) If this is the case, there is a bug in the core col ranges for lin_analogscan.json and diff_thresholdscan.json
