Draft: Rebased Felix Netio branch attempting to merge into Devel

This is the felix branch that attempts to rebase the existing felix yarr branch. Current Status:

  • rebasing is complete
  • There is two way felix to scc data communication
  • `CalFW and Aggregate variables are now included in the Netio json file. For running in Itk Pixel, CalFW enable is recommended for digital scans.

Serious changes that needs to be handpicked back together.

  • src/libYarr/StdDataLoop.cpp
  • src/libNetioHW/NetioHandler.cpp
  • possibly many more WIP.
