Threshold Tuning

New global threshold tuning using integral of bathtub curve.

Modified pixel threshold tuning starting TDACs at 15, taking small TDAC step sizes

Allows a 2 step tuning procedure, with a global threshold tuning to target threshold followed by a pixel threshold tuning to target threshold

V1.1 with 3D sensor at 2500e: (pixels with TDAC = -15 are due to a dead core column)

(52 failing pixels outside of dead CC)

V1.1 with 3D sensor at 750e:

(170 pixels failing outside of dead CC)

V2 with Sensor at 2500e:

(4 failing pixels)

V2 with Sensor at 750e:

(~8000 failing pixels? There seems to be a bug in the analog scan, as this number depends on -t in the scan command)

This tuning has also been tested on digital modules, where it works well at low thresholds, but does not converge at thresholds >1500e
