Patch for ITkPixV2 segfault case, + updated error messages in Rd53b/ItkpixV2 DataProcessors

Fix for issue seen in #269. Additions in this MR:

  • Fix for segfault seen there
  • Add @okovanda's fix to Rd53b as it seems to apply there as well, along with this same patch
  • Add basic test case which catches this segfault in the base SW, using specific block patterns (will update to randomized patterns later)
  • Add chip ID to logging output for Rd53b and ItkpixV2 DataProcessors
