Various small things

The largest addition is StdParameterLoop, which is a generic scan loop based on WriteNamedRegister.

Also there is code to allow (in addition to the current map), an array of analysis/histogram in the scan configuration.

Fix to text colour mismatch in scanConsole. Also, if no plots are saved, don't try to do ls on the expected files.

Some tidying up, by removing unused includes from header files (sometimes needed to add to implementation).
