Impersonation of wrong PDB user during localDB-to-PDB uploads of tests

As discussed on localDB mattermost, today I experienced an instance of a (currently extremely rare) successful localDB-to-PDB upload where I (Wolfgang Walkowiak) was recognized by the PDB as another user from our institution (Leonie Krippendorf). I also saw this later again in the local DB logs for other unsuccessful upload attempts. Each time I identified myself to the PDB entering my two PDB access codes in the localDB interface. (Note: I also tested logging in with my PDB access codes directly on the PDB website and this worked correctly. I was assigned my own user account. Usually I log in to PDB via CERN SSO.)
