[Dashboard] Coherence issue with module page

LocalDB Viewer v2.6.8-rc7 Found a bug where on dashboard for a dedicated pixel quad module Paris1080 (20UPGM24830645), at stage WIREBONDING, no testRuns are considered. But on module component page, 3 testRuns have been pushed.
