SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Hi, when I try to access our local instance of localdb viewer via https://pcatlidxray01.cern.ch/localdb, I get an error saying SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG. I checked /var/log/httpd/error_log and see this
