THERMAL_CYCLING10 test missing in localdb

THERMAL_CYCLING10 is part of the module stage 'Thermal Cycles' in the PDB

and appears in the localdb QC flow:

but not tests of the current stage:

I think we want THERMAL_CYCLING10 to be like THERMAL_CYCLING, i.e. appear in the list and manual user inputs allowed.
