does not work for single chip cards

I couldn't get the code to make plots when there was data for only a single chip in the scan data repo.
Maybe has to do with these lines: https://gitlab.cern.ch/YARR/yarrtist/-/blob/master/src/yarrtist/cli/plot_scan.py#L174-175
