threshold scan s-curve x-axis binning is wrong

When plotting the s-curve for a threshold scan, the x-axis is showing the number of bins (0-60) and not the InjVcalDiff, which should range from 0-300. In fact, I think all TH2 histograms only plot the number of bins on the x-axis and not the actual parameter range (if the two differ).
