Use global transformation in TGeo-Plugin (was ACTS-123)

The TGeo Plugin currently only uses the matrix of the modules' node as placement, which, if I understand TGeo correcly, only works if they are directly placed in the layer. If there is a deeper hierarchy the plugin needs to keep track of the global transformation. Suggested fix: https://gitlab.cern.ch/vavolkl/a-common-tracking-sw/commits/tgeo-globaltrafo
