PropagatorExample ouputs only Zeros (was ACTS-272)

The file hits.txt produced by the PropagatorExample currently contains only Zeros. I think it is because the wrong type is deduced here https://gitlab.cern.ch/acts/a-common-tracking-sw/blob/master/Examples/bin/PropagatorExample.cpp#L89
