Acts Units problem - mixing of SI and Natural units? (was ACTS-477)

When trying to calculate the helix radius of a charged particle in a constant magnetic field, the following does not work because GeV is defined as 1 but Tesla is defined as kg (10^3) divided by Coulomb (1.6 * 10^19) second (1). If GeV is defined as 1, Tesla would need to be 1 as well. Is the problem that kg is not in Natural units while Coulomb is?
