Missing `assignVolumeMaterial` interface

After synchronising the ISurfaceMaterial and IVolumeMaterial the TrackingVolume is missing the assignment interface, while the retrieval interface is already given.

This prevents the material for volumes to be loaded from an external source and would prevent v0.09.00 to be a starting release for volume material mapping development.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
