Delete called on non-final object

Since the merge of !651 (merged) we have a new warning:

 warning: delete called on non-final 'Acts::SingleCurvilinearTrackParameters<Acts::ChargedPolicy>' that has virtual functions but non-virtual destructor [-Wdelete-non-virtual-dtor]

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
