Allow partial event simulation in case of errors

ActsFatras::Simulator exits early as soon as it encounters a propagation error. Since propagation errors can easily occur e.g. for low-momentum particles, they should not impede the simulation of the rest of the event.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
