Use MinimalSourceLink as default, not always

Paul Gessinger requested to merge minimal-sourcelink-default-only into master

Previously, the measurement type was hard-set to MinimalSourceLink. Now we allow overriding it through the identifier plugin mechanism again. This is used for the framework.
