Split event generation from simulation

    The fatras simulation should take either event files (TrackMl, HepMC) as inputs or use a simple particle gun. Remove Pythia8 dependency from the simulation.

    Depends on acts-fatras#3 and acts-fatras#5.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
