Use DirectNavigator for TruthTracking example

Using the updated acts-core version with the newly developed DirectNavigator should allow to run a faster truth tracking validation and split navigation problems (which should not exist anymore) from KalmanFilter update issues and Stepper topologies.

In this first version, hole-search will not be possible, as the direct navigator does not support predictive navigation.
