Make add-new-file script clean file name

I noticed 2 very minor issues when running this:

• If the scope is included in the sample name, the script quietly fails. This can easily be prevented by just searching for and removing everything before a ':' in a given sample name
• Mentioned by Dan in !32 (merged) we can also remove the 'tid' suffix of any file names.
