Adding more documentation/scripts/configs

Currently there is no full documentation e.g. how to set everything up etc.

In addition, it would be good to have the different job/config/sample files checked in for different maps, also including the new maps for the Continuous2D working points

What would be the preferred way to do that?

What do you think @fdibello @tiany @dkobylia how to do that best?
