Setup for CDI isn't trivial to find

A few people have had issues figuring out how to set up the CDI from these docs.

There are, in fact, instructions to set up the tool, mostly buried in the "calibration" part of the docs. For example:

• The crash course for analysis
• The systematics strategies section
• The tool API documentation

I have to admit when @sabidi raised this and we discussed on the FTAG mattermost I didn't even know these pages existed. I would have looked under the recommendations tab but there's no link to the CDI docs there.

I think this structure is probably relic of how we historically organized the FTAG twikis:

• The calibration group maintained a twiki that was split between info for calibration analysts and info for CDI users. Thus the best CDI docs were migrated to the calibration part of the sw docs.
• The algorithms group first created the sw docs structure and we built the recommendations section around working point definitions and other information that is typically provided by the algorithms group.

Unfortunately I don't think this organization really serves everyone so well, though:

• "Recommendations" should probably contain all the documentation an annalist doing physics needs
• "Calibrations" should probably contain useful info for the calibration group
