Update lepton overlap removal

Summarising a discusson on mattermost, we should make some updates to our lepton overlap removal:

• increase the 0.3 association code to 0.4 or even slightly larger
• increase the eta selection be larger than 2.5
• veto reco muons for training
• we could move to a reco level OR
