Scale factors on trigger from Z -> ee, Z -> mumu

This issue should track the fact that the Z -> ee, Z -> mumu should be implemented as soon as available for proper trigger matching in the EventSelector/EventPreperator block to reproduce the event selection documented in the b-jet calibration paper properly.
