Manual: Document Detector Model Terms Properly
With !564 (merged) we have renamed some methods for clarity in code. It would be nice to add a detailed definition of the different terms used to the user manual, possibly with a drawing identifying the parts in an example detector model.
We should also cross-check that the description in the user manual on rotation centers etc are clear, I have heard some confusion from users on whether e.g. the sensor excess is taken into account when calculating the rotation center (it is not, only the matrix).
