Generation of HTML user manual still broken

It compiles but apparently is only half way there.

Mandatory

• Make sure the full content is present
• Split it up into multiple files for better navigation / viewing experience
• Find/circumvent problem with enumitem and its style-nextline setting, for FAQ

Optional

• Potentially implement style of the website
• Include website navigation header and footer around manual
