Implement simple ProjectionPropagation module

Instead of the more involved propagation using the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method along field lines, a simple projection of the charges with an added Gaussian smearing from the diffusion term can serve as very quick simulation in case only a linear field is present.

A module like this should be implemented to allow direct comparison with previously produced simulations with AP1.
