This adds module tests for the DepositionReader module. In order to do so, I have extended the create_deposition_file.py script to accept command line arguments and added a few configuration options.

Currently does not run on macOS because there is a problem with numpy: https://sft.its.cern.ch/jira/browse/SPI-1906
