adding a check for the event number immediately after reading the data from the GLIB in order to avoid SW overhead

some fixes to the Event os operator and added the stub bit to the output - although the stubs do not work currently

changed definitions and Event class to return the stub bit correctly + added a setRegister method to the CBC/BeBoardRegWriter visitors so they can be reused

added additional flag -pto scan threholds with pedestals on internal triggers and plot in the same canvas

deployed the new read-data schema from Ch. Bonnin to all existing tools. SystemController::Run() is thus deprecated
